About the Authorisation Code Generator

We have information about your key logged in our database. When you enter the Serial Number of the key, we search through the database for the key. If the key is found and has a valid SCADA Global Support contract, we will generate an Authorisation Code that you would use CiUSafe to update the key locally on your PC.

This is product version independent and all customers wishing to program their hardware keys must download and use the new version of CiUSafe. A description on how to install the new version of CiUSafe is available in the download ZIP file below.
